Being a member entitles you to:

• Unlimited use of equipment during the year. The membership is valid 01.01 until 31.12.xx
• Access at any time and independently to the club and the equipment
• Participation in club activities. See page "Activities"

 

Becoming a member is very simple:

• Fill in the registration form and return it by email
• Pay your membership by bank transfer
• Come to the club for an introduction to the equipment and safety rules and start paddling
• Follow the initiation course included in your 1st year membership fee

Course content available to members:

SUP Initiation: included in your 1st year registration fee. You want to start to learn the basic technique and the good posture. With this course you will be introduced to paddling techniques, turns and safety aspects.

Weekly outing: meet, paddle together, have fun and get tips from our instructors.

SUP foil: for advanced paddlers wishing to practice downwind. Dock foil, fat water start, paddling technique and downwind.

Lessons

The assurance of a quality lesson:

Our teachers are graduated ES-SUP (Teaching Switzerland-SUP), holders of the rescue lake SSS diploma as well as BLS-AED.

In September 2017, as part of the continuing education for sports teachers organized by the HEP (Haute Ecole Pédagogique), we taught the stand-up paddle workshop to 90 sports teachers from the State of Vaud.

We teach in French, English, German, Italian and Spanish.

Course content:

SUP Initiation: you want to learn the basic technique as well as the good posture. With this course you will learn the paddling techniques, turns and safety aspects.

SUP Advanced:strong> for practitioners who want to perfect their technique, or compete. This course includes advanced paddling techniques, buoys turn, beach start, drafting and downwind depending on the wind conditions.

SUP foil: for advanced paddlers wishing to practice downwind. Dock foil, fat water start, paddling technique and downwind.

Birthdays, schools, groups, team building

Stand Up Paddle is accessible to all and is perfect for a group or a company or a birthday activity. We can accommodate up to 40 people simultaneously on the water.

Laughs and conviviality are assured! We have a very playful approach and propose a SUP initiation combined with individual and group balance and coordination games. Our SUPs XXL is also in the game and we finish with a race relay that is load of fun.

We have the following stand up paddles to rent by booking only:

• 23 individuals of all types:
  rigid (touring, race, waves, children) inflatable (race and touring)
• 2 tandems
• 5 XXL up to 8 people
• Paddles: fiberglass and carbon, ultra light and adjustable in size, also for children
• Giant slider
• Trampoline

Rental price stand up paddles, cash only:

- Lifejacket available and included in the rental price

Conditions :
Minimum age for renting: 10 years unaccompanied children.
Mandatory life jacket beyond 300 m from shore.
